Warranty & Return Policy - Terms and Conditions

  • We provide 6 Month Part Replacement Warranty. Warranty does not cover nets and consumables (eg CO2 Cartridges).
  • Faulty Products - Please email support@net-gun.com with description and photos/videos. Our technicians will provide guidance and solutions. If the product found faulty, we'll replace the faulty parts or device.
  • To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, be in new condition suitable for resale, and must not be damaged in any way by the customer during the time the item is in the customer's possession.
  • Net Gun Operation Pack - If you are not fully satisfied with your net gun purchase, you can return your undamaged net gun within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Customer is responsible for the return postage cost. Customer is required to return products via courier with online tracking number.
  • Parts and Consumables (eg CO2 Cartridges) - We do not accept return.
